Hello! I'm a UX designer, and

I Design for Results.

I focus on the real-world outcomes a website can create
and iterate its way to knocking them out of the park.

How?

Here's a rough outline of the approach I advocate:

  1. Define the purpose
Let's first get really specific about what the needle we're trying to move is.

  2. Investigate the cause
What makes people who pull the trigger decide to go for it? What holds them back?

  3. Collaboratively ideate
Knowing what we now do, how can a cross-functional team improve the current state of things?

  4. Hypothesize the improvement
Present the recommended action as a predicted change, capable of being proven.

  5. Produce as experiment
Roll the change out to the wild in a fashion that lets us measure its effect.

  6. Iterate until awesome
Take the learnings from the first pass and go back to step 2, rinse, repeat

Here are some companies & websites I've enjoyed working with in one capacity or another.
